PSP Update
Well, all I can think about lately is the PSP. So I'll give you an update. It's coming out on March 24. Less than 2 weeks away, baby! I've got the PSP paid off except for the warranty, which you buy when you actually pick it up. Both Metal Gear Acid and Twisted Metal: Head On are now paid off, and I also pre-ordered Lumines. I will also be getting World Tour Soccer, which I will probably pre-order soon. But enough about the PSP. I do have another big thing on my mind...
My new computer! Yup, that's right, a new computer. And I'm building it from scratch. My first completely self-built computer. And man will it rock! So far I actually only have the case, but I just ordered my motherboard, and have most of the other parts ready to be ordered. The case is an Antec with a 350 watt PSU. I was at Best Buy looking at a different case that had a 500 watt PSU. I asked a guy there if the mobo I wanted would work with it. He said yes, then mentioned that I should get a different case (the one I ended up getting) because the "larger" watt PSU was false advertising. He said some companies use low temp readings (i.e. -25C !?) as their wattage. But the one he pointed out to me was from a reputable company who didn't stoop to this tactic, and gave what they advertised. He went on to say that he builds computers for people, and he only used that company in his computers. So I decided to listen to him, and got the one he suggested. Oh, and by the way, the one I got was $40 LESS than the one I was originally looking at. That's why I believed him.
As for the motherboard, I'm getting the Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe. Man this thing is friggin' sweet! Check out the review at Gamespot here. As for everything else, I'll post info on it as I order/get it. Well that about wraps up this post. Catch ya next time!
